Accommodations

Rooms are available at the Days Inn and Hampton Inn in Murray. I have also been notified that rooms are available at the Best Western of Murray. There is another big event at the RSEC that weekend, so please reserve your rooms as soon as possible.

Hotel rooms are now available in Murray. We have reserved 22 rooms at the Days Inn and 10 rooms at the Hampton Inn in Murray. They are booked under Sigma Chi Alumni Association. They are on a first come, first serve basis. 12 of the rooms at the Days Inn are queen bed double rooms so if anyone wants to share a room, those are available. The Hampton also has 12 studio rooms available as of this morning. Those rooms are not a part of the block of rooms that we have set aside but may be available if booked individually.

Of course Sigma Chi's are nothing without the patient ladies that tempered our "spirit of youth', so please bring your spouses or significant others. The only events that are brothers only is the golf scramble and the special Ritual presentation. We will be sending out mailers at the beginning of February. We are asking to please RSVP by March 15th so we can nail down our catering needs.

Donations

We want all alumni to attend, so we are trying to make this really as cheap as we can for our alumni. The chapter and some dedicated alumni are helping to fund this spectacular weekend. However, the more money we have, the better (more drinks) events we can have. So if you feel moved to make a small donation, please visit the www.murraysigalumni.com website and donate through our pay pal link, or you can drop a check in the mail to "Epsilon Tau Alumni Board" c/o Mike Maxwell, 160 Wells Purdom Drive, Almo KY 42020. All funds go directly into the ET Alumni Board account and are earmarked for this special event. Any support you can contribute will be greatly appreciated, and put to use for this event.

Special Thanks

I would also like to send a quick thank you out to some great brothers who have been helping me plan this event. Of special consideration are brothers Jason Farthing, Scott Bridges, Jason Baker, Nathan Higdon, David Clevedence, and Chris Klaas (Consul), Ryan Rohleder (undergrad coordinator) and the rest of the current undergrad chapter.
